Beautiful Spruce Timber Frame Cottage with a cedar entry way

The design started with a site visit & inspection of the spruce timbers (from the client's lot) that had been stored in a barn since Hurricane Juan. The site is surrounded by trees with a stunning view of the water; the Great Room and wrap around deck face the water.

Size: Approx. 30' Wide x 36' Long, approx. 1080sq feet

2 story, 2 Bedrooms on the second floor, 2 Full bathrooms with a study or third bedroom on the 1st floor.
